House Rules
Relax and enjoy your time…
Please take good care of our home as you will see it was designed with love.
No pets allowed.
No smoking in the house. Please smoke on the back porch or near the outdoor firepit.
Doors:
Do not leave doors open - The home is in a beautiful, wooded area with indigenous insects and animals.
Towels & Linens:
Do not use the decorative towels in the bathrooms instead use the paper towels or pop-up Kleenex napkins.
Do not use decorative pillows on the beds (please remove white decorative pillow shams).
For your convenience, there are towels on the second floor landing and in the Ocean Suite linen closet.
Please place used towels with your used linens upon checkout.
Hot Tub:
Please shower prior to entering the hot tub - natural body oils damage the mechanical functions.
Please read the hot tub rules prior to entering the hot tub and exercise caution as you enter & exit.
Cover the spa, turn off the lights and jets when not in use.
Do not run jets for more than 15 minutes without taking a break (refer to rules).
Hydrate - during and after a nice stay in the hot tub, drink lots of water.
Utilities & Electronics:
Do not leave fireplaces or fire pits burning unattended.
Please help conserve energy by cutting off any lights or electronics when not in use.
Turn off all televisions.
Checkout
process
Unless otherwise agreed upon, checkout is at 12:00 noon.
Strip your beds and place used linens and towels near the bedroom door.
Load and start dish washer.
Empty garbage in large trash can near the garage.
Turn all lights off and close all blinds.
Lock all doors to include the latch on the back porch.
Door access code will be deactivated at 12:00PM sharp.
